Order Confirmation & Lead Time
- After payment confirmation, we will complete order review, stock verification and document confirmation within 1-3 business days. The total delivery time for all standard in-stock furniture is 4-6 weeks, covering domestic preparation, packaging, international shipping, customs clearance and local final delivery.
- Customized furniture (custom size, fabric color, structure and craftsmanship) requires longer production time, with a total delivery cycle of 6-8 weeks.
- In case of stock shortage, raw material shortage, port congestion, peak shipping season delays, holiday scheduling and other special circumstances, we will contact you within 24 hours to update the latest order status and negotiate solutions including delayed delivery, product replacement or full refund without penalty.
Logistics & Delivery Instructions
- All orders are shipped from China via professional cross-border logistics. Sea freight is the default and exclusive international transportation method for the United States and Australia. For European orders, sea freight is adopted for international shipping, followed by land freight for short-distance inland last-mile delivery within Europe. The service covers the whole of Europe, the United States and Australia, including professional packaging, international transportation, customs clearance and local last-mile delivery. A valid tracking number will be provided after shipment for real-time order tracking.
- Slight delays of 3-5 business days may occur due to local logistics arrangements, customs inspection or remote area delivery, which is normal in international shipping. We will monitor the logistics status throughout the process.
Delivery Scope & Service
- Standard delivery covers residential and commercial addresses in major cities of Europe, the US and Australia. Remote towns, islands, mountainous areas and remote postal codes require additional remote delivery fees. Please contact customer service for confirmation before placing an order.
- All furniture items include free curbside/doorstep delivery by default. Paid upgrade services are available for indoor delivery, unpacking and professional assembly. Please consult our support team for specific charges.
- Buyers shall bear all additional fees including re-delivery charges, warehousing fees and return shipping costs caused by incorrect delivery addresses, invalid contact information, unsuccessful pickup or refusal of delivery without valid reasons.
Inspection Requirements Upon Delivery
- Please inspect the outer package and product condition upon arrival. If any damage, extrusion, water soak, tear or stain is found, please take photos and videos as valid evidence and reject the package or mark the damage on the delivery receipt immediately. Our products include compressed packaged soft furniture, panel furniture, carpets, tables, chairs and beds with various packaging forms, all of which require careful inspection.
- Buyers have a 48-hour inspection period after receiving the goods to check for appearance defects, structural damage or missing accessories. Failure to report problems within the time limit will be regarded as successful and intact delivery, and no subsequent logistics damage claims will be accepted.
- Customers may apply for returns within 7 days after delivery for standard products that are unopened, unused, scratch-free, stain-free, unworn and in resalable condition with original packaging intact. Compressed sofas, mattresses, carpets and other vacuum-sealed products are non-returnable once opened, unsealed or used.
- For cross-border furniture returns: The buyer shall bear all return-related fees including international shipping fees, customs clearance fees, domestic and overseas warehousing fees, return tariffs and handling charges. All customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If the returned goods are damaged during transit due to insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to deduct repair fees or reject the refund application.
After-sales Service for Quality Issues, Damage & Wrong/Missing Items
- For product defects, frame deformation, panel cracking, fabric damage, stains, missing hardware parts, wrong items or missing accessories caused by our side or logistics problems, customers can contact us with photos and videos within 48 hours after receipt. We provide free solutions including accessory replacement, remote repair guidance, equivalent exchange, partial refund or full refund.
- For severely damaged products that cannot be repaired or used normally, we will cover all return shipping, customs and tariff costs and provide brand-new replacement products free of charge.
Non-returnable & Non-rejectable Situations
- Returns or rejections are not acceptable for the following situations: problems reported after the 48-hour inspection period; man-made damage, fabric scratches, stains, self-disassembly and modification, normal wear and aging from daily use; vacuum-sealed products (compressed sofas, mattresses, carpets) that have been opened or used with personal reasons such as dislike, incorrect size estimation or style mismatch; customized products, clearance items, promotional free gifts and installation accessories; logistics delays or minor appearance abrasions caused by force majeure including natural disasters, customs temporary detention and local policy adjustments.
Refund Rules :
- All approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 3-10 working days. The final arrival time depends on the settlement rules of local payment platforms and banks.
- Partial refunds apply to minor defects or missing accessories via negotiated compensation. Full refunds are available for unshipped orders, products with severe quality issues or wrong/missing core items caused by our responsibility.
General Terms:
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for compensation for delivery delays or logistics suspension caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, epidemic control, port shutdowns, international logistics suspension and customs policy changes. We can assist customers in delaying delivery, adjusting logistics solutions or processing refunds.
- Policy Update: We reserve the right to update this delivery and return policy in accordance with cross-border trade and platform rules. The latest version shall prevail. Placing an order means you fully agree to all terms of this policy.
