Order Confirmation & Delivery Time
After payment confirmation, we will complete order review, inventory verification, and document confirmation within 1–3 business days.
The total delivery time for all standard in-stock furniture is approximately 4–6 weeks, including domestic preparation, professional packaging, international shipping, customs clearance, and local last-mile delivery.
For customized furniture (including custom sizes, fabric colors, structures, and craftsmanship), a longer production period is required. The total delivery time is approximately 6–8 weeks.
In the event of inventory shortages, raw material delays, port congestion, peak-season shipping delays, holiday schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you within 24 hours to provide an updated order status and discuss solutions, including delayed delivery, product replacement, or a full refund (with no additional charges).
Shipping & Delivery Information
All orders are shipped from China through professional international logistics providers.
For orders to the United States and Australia, sea freight is the default and only international shipping method.
For European orders, international transportation is completed by sea freight, followed by inland transportation within Europe for final delivery.
Our shipping service covers major destinations across Europe, the United States, and Australia, including professional packaging, international transportation, customs clearance, and local last-mile delivery.
A valid tracking number will be provided after shipment so customers can monitor the order status in real time.
Due to local logistics arrangements, customs inspections, remote-area delivery conditions, or other factors, minor delays of 3–5 business days may occur. Such delays are considered normal during international transportation. We will continue monitoring the shipment status throughout the entire delivery process.
Delivery Coverage & Service
Standard delivery service covers residential and commercial addresses in major cities across Europe, the United States, and Australia.
Additional remote-area delivery fees may apply for remote towns, islands, mountainous regions, and remote postal code areas. Please contact our customer service team for confirmation before placing your order.
All furniture orders include free curbside/front-door delivery service by default.
If you require inside delivery, unpacking service, or professional assembly, additional fees will apply. Please contact our customer service team for detailed pricing.
Any additional costs caused by:
- incorrect delivery addresses,
- invalid contact information,
- failed delivery attempts,
- refusal of delivery without valid reasons,
including reshipping fees, storage fees, and return shipping costs, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Inspection Requirements
Please carefully inspect the outer packaging and product condition upon delivery.
If you notice any issues such as:
- damaged packaging,
- compression marks,
- water damage,
- tears,
- stains,
- or other visible damage,
please take clear photos or videos as valid evidence and immediately either refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt.

- tables and chairs,
- beds,
with different packaging methods. All packages must be carefully inspected upon arrival.
Customers have a 48-hour inspection period after receiving the goods to check for:
- appearance defects,
- structural damage,
- missing accessories or components.
Failure to report any issues within the required timeframe will be considered acceptance that the goods have been delivered in good condition. Any future claims related to shipping damage will not be accepted.

Free Returns (Non-Quality Related Issues)
For standard products that remain unopened, unused, free from scratches, stains, wear, or damage, and are kept in resalable condition with original packaging, customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the order.
Please note that compressed sofas, mattresses, rugs, and other vacuum-sealed products are not eligible for return once they have been opened, unsealed, or used.
For international furniture returns, the buyer is responsible for all return-related costs, including:
- International return shipping fees
- Customs clearance charges
- Domestic and overseas warehouse storage fees
- Return duties and taxes
- Any additional handling fees
All customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If returned products are damaged during transportation due to improper packaging by the buyer, we reserve the right to deduct repair costs or refuse the refund.
After-Sales Service for Quality Issues, Damaged Products, Incorrect or Missing Items
For product defects caused by our responsibility or logistics issues, including but not limited to:

For products that are seriously damaged, beyond repair, or unusable, we will cover all return shipping costs, customs duties, and related taxes, and provide a brand-new replacement product free of charge.

All approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days and returned through the original payment method used for the order.
The actual time for the refund to be credited to your account depends on the settlement procedures and processing time of your local payment provider and bank.
